Its been 14 days. Im strictly keto. Majorly in ketosis. But i do not exercise. I hate it. Always have. I cant say that im hungry at all.
The butter and cheese make everything taste great. I eat Kiss My Keto bread and its been a miracle!

I eat lots of fruits and vegetables and some grain but I try to keep the starchy whites to a minimum. (bread, pasta, rice, potatoes)
