Good morning friends. I am frustrated this morning I woke up so hungry and got about halfway through my breakfast and was so full this happens to me all day long even at lunch even at dinner time does anyone else have this problem any advice.

A good thing! By the way if you get hungry between meals try adding one tbsp for a healthy oil to your meal. Coconut or olive etc. Be blessed!

Yes! I agree with liv, listen to your body. It's saying not right now. It might be that you just need some fluids. I tend to have tea or coffee with a little something, maybe toast or piece of muffin, then later have breakfast or not. Having a small breakfast sometimes helps, even if it seems like I can eat a huge plateful. I have also heard or read that having protein at night or evening helps you to not be so hungry in the morning. Hope you're able to figure out what works for you. I know that if I keep eating when my body is saying stop, I get sick. 🙁 What I'm trying to say is follow your own routine and be open for that routine to change. Your body will let you know what it needs. 😊👍

Brenda, I have looked at your daily menu! Way too many Carbs and sugar! Give up those snack bars! Try going with no starch and sugar for one week!! Carbs just trigger your apatite!

Also mention to your doctor during your yearly physical if it persists and if you notice other changes in digestion.
