Tried Weight Watchers online and it doesnt work if you're not completely strict. There were days when I wasnt around a computer to log in my total points. There was no commitment to going somewhere to weight in. It was the holiday season.
So now, I am starting up Atkins again in the hope to finally reach my 1st goal weight which is only 18 pounds away.
This time, I know I can do it.

Welcome to Atkins!! It has worked well for me. The Atkins group on FS is really active and supportive. You'll get lots of help and love along the journey!! If you haven't already, I'd recommend reading the book during your first weeks.

WW works if you work it, but you have to follow the plan. It's just like everything else. We each have to find what works for us individually. Good luck!
