;ast week my workouts were kind of lame. i did stuff but nothing like what i had been doing - so today i'm back with my running and stepping and so on. wii running for 8.115 mi - gosh, why are the last 10lbs always the hardest to lose. I had tenderloin for dinner, 2 pieces. can't find it on the menu data.
