忙碌的日子,中斷減醣飲食,澱粉醣類吃的稍微多一些(但是還是克制)。
含糖飲料依舊不喝,卡住不動的體重,居然一點點的下滑😁。
不過最近的水分有點不足,忙碌之虞,還是要多喝水犒賞自己一下。
