I have made a little progress! I slipped up one day when I went out to breakfast and actually had pancakes. It was a conscious decision that I don't regret. Sometimes you have to spoil yourself a little just to keep going. But I didn't post my food that day!
71.4 kg Lost so far: 2.7 kg.    Still to go: 7.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
