My day ending. It was a rainy day all day. I now miss that sunshine. Well I suppose it has to rain sometime hum. My day went well but I found myself eating fried foods. Not that this is wrong for me. It was not to be eaten right now. I just went for it because hubby brought it in. And I had not prepared what I was going to eat for the day. I'm not crying over it. tomorrow is anther day. I fall but get up that is how I'm looking at it. I'll keep moving..

I try to go ahead and fill in my day's eating plan the night BEFORE, when I go to bed. That way, I know what I can eat for the whole day. I often make changes to that, if I'm in the mood for something, but it gives me a working plan that I can follow and tweak as needed to accomplish the results I am looking for.

Setbacks happens, glad you're looking at it positively! Most important part is to keep going even though you fell and it sounds like you're in the right mindset :)

Debbie I have not ever thought about planning the day before, well actually doing it, Hum I'm thinking all the time, Some of it is that I don't have hubby on board just yet, at the same time he has to eat what I fix. If he don't go out and get something else. So since I've been back with FS. I've had to look at things with him differently with hope that he and I will get on the same page, If not I just keep going. Eidetiker, Yes you are so right. It does happen and I need to keep that in mind. There is nothing perfect about me. But My focus is to be better. If this makes since. But sometime we need to be reminded of the little things. So thank you guys for your comments. They mean much to me as I move alone. You guys have a great rest of your day. We can do this.

Yea! Comments are definitely encouraging. You and me are on the same boat sister. Dear Husband is not on board with eating exactly the same as I do. What (kind of) works for me is fixing an extra carb for him and extra veggies for me. So for example if we have beef & broccoli, he gets rice while I either get more broccoli or cauliflower rice. That way it doesn't feel like we are having 2 different meals and we get to enjoy it together. If you both are adventurous eaters, then trying out new recipes that fit for you can be fun. Sometimes I make DH try new things and he's surprised that he likes that still fit my macros.

Eidetiker, I been saying I need to just try different things, It was funny Hubby went to popeyes got him a chicken dinner ate it before he got here but I watched him put the track in the outside trash can. I laughed but didn't tell him why. But at the end of the day I took it as being helpful as I may have asked for some had he brought it on in.
