Started the challange to only weigh myself once a week. I weighed on Sunday and still at 204. Yesterday I did some "cheating" and went to Raising Cane's, yes even the snow could not keep me in.
But today I feel awful. I woke up from a deep sleep to sneezing the whole night and today with a runny nose at work. Its sad to say im excited about getting sick bc I dont usually have an appetite and will lose some lbs bc of that. But this is also my period week. UGH! I have no clue what I am going to do. Need to see the Doc.

Oh no!! I think I got you sick through the internet! My boyfriend and I made turkey soup last week and it was perfect for the bad weather and my cold - and it's also quite healthy - just veggies, broth, turkey and some seasoning in the crock pot overnight. Make sure to get lots of sleep, drink lots of water, and take vitamins. Feel better!
