sebelum pandemi berat badan 55kg .. trs pandemi jd ga atur makan... makan apa aja yg penting imun kuat, tapi ga trsa malam makin mengembang sampe ke angka 67kg 😭 sekarang diet udh 64.4... semangat... gendut bikin kita kliatan tua dan kyk mak emak,,, walopun aku dah mak emak anak 1 .. tp pengen kayak anak gadis trs huhu
