Haven't been logging on for a while. However, now I'm mostly focusing on maintaining. It's been hard, but I know that if I push myself to stick with it.. I can do it. I love jogging now! That's saying a lot since I used to be a sloth and didn't move around much at all. Also, I used to HATE running or even fast-paced walking but now I'm able to jog very long distances (4-6 miles) without quitting. I'm thinking about running a marathon as one of my fitness goals, but I need to get new running shoes first.

What seemed like slow baby steps before is turning into a lifestyle change for me. Going to make sure I keep this up, especially for the new year! :)
