I am hungry today. Having trouble focusing on the goal. I am struggling but I will not eat sugars. I am getting used to not having sweets and I know if I start I cannot stop.

Hang in there mom!!! It sure isn't easy but I am hoping it will get easier or at least not so difficult. Like you always tell me ... it didn't come on overnight and we're not going to get rid of it overnight. Maybe we can have one of those yummy Kashi bars for dessert tonight after dinner!!
