Per hari ini, tepat 3 bulan sudah aku mengatur pola makan agar seimbang. Sebulan pertama, full makan clean food (no oil, no gula, no tepung, no santan). Bulan berikutnya sampai skrg kadang diselingi dgn makanan biasa, tapi tetap dalam koridor defkal.
