Weigh day tomorrow with my Cambridge consultant :-( not looking forward to it at all as I have done terrible this week. The last 2 days ive done great, I even joined the gym and had a session Thursday but somehow I don't think it will make up for all the rubbish I ate the rest of the days. So annoyed and disappointed in myself, im sure ive put on weight.
the positive thing however, is that I absolutely loved the gym Thursday! I cant wait to go again, in fact I would have today had I been able to get my little man in the crèche :-/ next session is Monday so will probably try and do a home work out and lots of cleaning on the weekend, just to keep me motivated.
onwards and upwards :-D
