I'm drinking 8 glasses of water. I never drink water so I put an app on my phone to remind me to DRINK and I'm eating breakfast now. I never ate breakfast. In one week I gained 3 of the 3lbs back that I lost. Bummed. I'm using the fat secret system on my droid phone. I scan everything and weight or measure everything also. I'm eating 400 calorie meals. I am going to the gym 3X a week for one hour and walking on the days I don't go to the gym. In four days here is what my averages have been: CALORIES: 845 PER DAY FATS: 43 PER DAY CARBS: 129 PER DAY. *WHY THEN AM I NOT LOOSING WEIGHT???

because honestly 845 calories is not enough to sustain your body, plus putting exercise demands on it to boot! Great job on fitting in Bkfst, oh so important, I think...and awesome job on keeping your meals reasonable ... try shooting for 3 smaller meals, 2 snacks and a total of 15-1600 Calories a day...along w/ the exercise, and water, and I bet it will all start to kick into gear!
