Nasi shirataki, dada ayam dan Brocoli with garlic. Ini cuman 198cal dan ngenyangin banget. Ayamnya enak banget cuma kasih black pepper,lada,kaldu jamur dan lemon trus di bakar gapake minyak sama sekali. Untuk brokolinya cuma pake bawang putih dan cabe.

Saya jg baru cobain makan shirataki. Gatau emang bisa buat nurunin Bb atau engga soalnya kalori nasi ataupun mie shirataki kecil banget. Cuma 40kal doang/100gram nya. Kalau menurut aku sih ngenyangin banget^^Sesuai selera aja bun
