WEll, I am going to try and keep up on my journal to keep myself motivated! So far, I have lost around 50 pounds, and I have started to tone up! I have about four months to prepare for the Warrior Dash, which my brother and I are running together. I need to step up my game and go running more, however, I have been building my strength and endurance up by using the ultimate Boot Camp Tae Boe Video from Billy Blanks. In the last three weeks, I have been seeing tremendous results! I have never felt more beautiful than I do today, and I just have an awesome feeling that I am not done yet:) Roxxxx
