Darn early weigh-ins. Anyway, below 240. Got my run and back/bicep workout in today already and need to find that time for T25. Cardio today. Doing good though. Slight ache in my right shoulder and experiencing some discomfort in my left shin during running. The run went very well though. Going to keep on it and try to work it out. Have to schedule the 13.1 though. Long way off but need to keep it in mind.
