roma sari gandum, kacang tanah sangrai, edamame, soyjoy, biskuit regal, bubur bayi, apa lagi ya, pemakan segalanya si akumah 😭

Fitbarrrr, apel, pisang, ubi kukus/panggang, yogurt campur buah2an, pepaya, oreo 1/2pcs. Klo malas ngunyah biasa minum es kopi aja atau green tea. Asli kenyang lagi wkwk

oatmeal, sari roti 2 biji, energen no sugar, buah naga (tapi kalau buah naga harus rajin minum yaa soalnya kadang beberapa ada yang panik karna BAK nya warna merah), pisang, tuna kaleng medium cooked aja tanpa tambahan garam

haihai, biasanya aku ngemil nya roti gandum atau roma sari gandum.. sekali ngemil yg kenyang jd ga kepikiran ngemil trus.. hindari kripik2an yaa :)
