Yesterday was my husband's birthday and we went to a Japanese Steakhouse to celebrate with some friends. I had NO alcohol and NO fried rice! Just grilled meat and a salad. Boy was it difficult. There were several moments when I was about to cave in. But I am committed to myself and this 14 Induction. And so as a result...I am 190 lbs today! I can't wait to break through the 190's and get back to the 180's.
