I haven't given this challenge,BLAST the FAT,a true chance to get the results I planned on as I have allowed things to get in the place that was originally set aside for the challenge so I have decided to carry it on over into February! I truly believe that adhering to what this challenge outlines I *will* create drastic changes in my body & obtain the appearance I long for THIS year.
