OK, so I tried more calories and more exercise and gained back 1.6 pounds. I don't think I should weigh myself everyday..... not any more. I think I will just get super bummed and not work out or continue to eat healthy. Well, gonna try to put it behind me and get to JD2.

73.8 kg Lost so far: 1.1 kg.    Still to go: 19.3 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
