I hope everyone is having a great day today!
My weigh in is at 235.4 again, so I have been doing a one pound bounce lately. I think its about time to have a good loss start again. I inadvertently went over my RDI on Saturday. That's ok, as I don't do that too often. I have had the hungries as of late. I made some salsa chicken for dinner last night, and had a little bit left over.

Having a mish mash of a lunch too today...lol!! 2 pks of picante chicken flavored ramen noodles, one pk of the seasoning, the left over salsa chicken, and a handful of frozen cauliflower. I even have enough left over for lunch tomorrow. Whee!!! I guess I'll have to figure out the calorie content in a little while. The hubby just made a little whirl wind visit..lol!! He was covered in mud!!! He had to change clothes!! I guess he just didn't figure on having to dig a sewer line up today!!

I don't have the kids today, they don't have school, but mommies boyfriend has the snarkies, and is looking after them today. I just looked at the weather, and I'll probably have them all day for the next 2 days at least!! Its all good though. I love those little darlings!! I can almost rip my hair out on occasion, but they're good for the most part!! Typical 4 and 5 yr olds!!

I was trying to think of something good for supper, and I just decided to make eggs and sausage. Easy, and I don't have to thaw out anything!! Make for a good supper too!!

Have a good, warm day everyone!!

Dinner sounds good. I'm doing Taco Bell seasoning with lower fat hamburger and salad mix and cheese with a few chips sprinkled on top!

You may not want to hear this from a new buddy but do you know how they make ramen noodles? They take regular noodles and deep fat fry them! Makes them bad for the heart a well as the waist line.

BuffyBear is right.. plus no nutritional value :( sorry .... also watch the sodium in the seasoning pack. it's all good.. just being aware helps..

@ buffy, not to worry, I am good with that!! I do know how they're made..lol. The thing is, I watch a 4 and 5 year old, and when they call off school, I have them all day until their mom gets home. Easiest thing to fix is noodles! Besides, I never eat that much. My cholesterol is fantastic, so no worries there. Ramen isn't a habit. just a convenience that mom sent over. @ prentiss, I know there isn't much in the way of nutritional value in them, and I never use the whole seasoning packet. I mash up 2 pks of noodles and use only one seasoning pack. Thanks for the heads up too, and you are right, being aware does help a lot!!
