So..my workout for this past weekend was...

Saturday-
100 Crunches
C2-10K Week 1 Day 3
Legs/Shoulder

Sunday - Off

Not sure if I should be upset about taking a full day off. Should have done some crunches and plank but didn't. I was thinking full recovery would be best. Everything is feeling pretty good today.
