No weight loss this morning. Not surprised. I cant lose a pound a day everyday. I will keep doing what I am doing and hoping for at least a one pound loss tomorrow. I rested a lot today because I didnt sleep at all last night. I took sleeping pills this morning and then only slept 3 hours at most after that. I exercised for 30 mins. A walk and jog but felt very very drugged. Only now at 6pm am I starting to perk up a bit. I should have known better. Anyways at least one more 30 min workout. Not sure if I will get on the elliptical today I thought I could do something different to elicit some weight loss tomorrow.
