akhirnya on fs lagi.. bb sekarang rendah, tp bodyfat yakin banget tinggi:( hadehhh quarantine meresahkan:" pengen back on track tp ortu sering negur kalo makan cuma dikit.. ngurangin makan nasi, tp selalu dianggep belum makan kalo engga makan nasi :" padahal mah udah banyak banget makan ayam, sayur, dll nya........
