Kinda disappointing, I did not eat sugar from Dec 1 - 24, and I have upped my exercise, reduced having beers with my boyfriend and yet I gained a few lbs over the last month. Pretty frustrating but I guess if I did any less, I might weigh even more. Blarg. I got an Apple Watch for xmas and am trying to close my rings daily including 30min of exercise, I hope it helps. Guess I need to go back to tracking but I just am not motivated to do so now...
