Checked in at Dr. this morning weight is 278 blood pressure dropped to 110/75. Blood pressure is now good and I have lost 23 pounds since December 2, 2010. I have not started treadmill yet. I will start this weekend with light 30 minute routines. My weight has been steady for almost a week so, I need to kick up my metabolism with a little cardiovascular workout in the mornings. I still have a long way to go but, off to a good start.
