Well, it's been 2 weeks so the "induction" phase is over. I'm satisfied with 13.5 lbs lost. My workouts have been good. I'm still doing 30 mins treadmill & 30 mins excersize bike but I've upped the levels. I'm sweating alot at the end of each work out. I still haven't had any alcohol. As for the food, again on Sunday I has a cafe mocha from Starbucks. They didn't have half & half so I again used whole milk & had the Venti(largest size). I've decided that will be my "treat" if I do well during the week. I had some "plumbing" issues this week. I think I may have overdosed on peanuts. I'll watch that from now on. My sweet tooth has still been satified by Sugar Free Jello & Cantaloupe.
123.4 kg Lost so far: 5.9 kg.    Still to go: 32.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 2.3 kg a Week

If you get the sugar-free version with skim milk you can really cut both the calorie and carb load on your Starbucks treat. My favorite is a sugar-free vanilla latte...yummmmm! I recently found out that I have a dairy allergy so I have been getting them with soy milk, which has a higher carb content than dairy. It sounds like you are doing excellent, keep up the good work!

Congrats! You are obviously doing the right thing. Sugar free jello and canteloupe keep my husband and I going also. I know of some other things that will satifsy your sweet tooth that my husband and I love. If you're interested, i'm happy to share.
