Amen! My goal weight of 200 is higher than many peoples start weight. And that’s a goal of losing 100 pounds!! I don’t care. I don’t know where I will land eventually but wherever it is, it will be the right place 👉🏻 for me!

Progress is always good, regardless of starting or ending numbers. Goals are just a way to not overdo it, they aren't something to beat yourself up over not reaching yet. Merely a stopping point.

I agree Dcardiff and even at that goals change all the time so who knows
Aliciaj1989 I got you girl!! Lol we can do this!! It’s all a mind set once you get that and keep telling yourself you can do it the skies the limit. I completely understand I had my 3rd last may and was at my heaviest before I found out I was pregnant
Gibjig absolutely goals change all the time as long as you’re happy that’s all that matters
Hebrews1036 indeed something’s gotta get us through it
Smashfoodmike it really is

That's so true..I just said to my self today that I remember a time when I would have given everything to be where I am now....I just need to give myself a break

Ruckusandme right sometimes ik for myself I don’t give myself enough credit for the progress I’ve made. I start nitpicking on where I can improve or how I’ve just been gradually losing weight. But gradually losing it is better than losing it all at once and not building the healthy habits I’ve built to keep myself healthy. Any progress is good progress keep up the good work we’ll get through this 😁😁💪🏼💪🏼
