I did wonderfully well today. Lost one whole pound today!! yaay me!! I woke up and went running in the 40degree weather and ran/brisk walked for 1.8miles and came home and did ab workout for 15mins!! ready for another round tomorrow morning and staying forcused!!! So hope everyone has a great night!!!!!
