Yes ,everyday should be a celebration ....and I do know that better than most having a stroke at 61. Not that much overweight, only inactive one year...more or less a fluke. ...but maybe it could have been prevented. Or may be we can get run over by a bus .....still I can eat well, maybe not as delicious as your example (everyday) is what I inferred.....yummy and nutritious. Good food can be delicious as you have shown. I just wish more would take note.

Thx so much Fiberoptic❣️ I don't believe suffering is required to lose or maintain weight but it's important to avoid mindless eating of industrialized foods. Happy New Year!!
