I'm trying to stay within a calorie limit. I'm aiming at around 1600 cal per day. I figure I am awake about 14 hours a day, so I try to split up my calories. No matter how much I eat in one sitting, I have to eat again within 3 hours or I feel shaky. I'm trying to not eat more than 350 cal per meal. I can eat again depending on how many calories I eat. If I eat 100 calories than I can eat again in an hour. If I eat 200 calories I can eat again in 2 hours. I try not to go over 350 calories because I can't wait more than 3 hours to eat again, but it is not easy. I try to remember that my stomach is only the size of a small grapefruit. Its hard when we go out to eat though. especially when my husband wants to eat at a buffet! Baby steps, I know I can't be perfect everyday.
