雞胸肉換成帶皮雞腿🍗👍(肉本身的油脂也是好油脂。豆漿可以加些堅果粉(芝麻、杏仁、洋車前子粉)或種子類(亞麻仁籽、奇亞籽、或殼粉(燕麥麩皮粉)都是增加優質油脂量。
