My weight is stable for last 2 months. At First it seemed that my progress halted but side by side before and after pictures shows some results. My body is a bit more leaner. My shoulders are more toned and biceps muscles are more developed now. 🙂🙂

use a measuring tape every week 👍 and try to use same outfit for before and after that will give you the best idea . great going stay strong stay fit 🏋️
