I only record my weight when the scale goes down... It gives me that extra little motivation because I want to be able to record a weight! I've been stuck in a rut a few days, so no recording for me yet, but dang it if I'm not motivated to get it down!! On a positive note, I am overall doing better with my eating and exercise. I'm just slowly making healther options, but nothing drastic because that just makes me grouchy! I am still feeling great, and my clothes are getting bigger. Happy Happy :)
