Amelia: itu masih agak buncit ka bagian perut bawah, ketutup celana. WO ku bodyweight training + cardio 4-5x seminggu. 3x nya bodyweight training 20 menit + cardio ringan 15 menit. 1-2x Sisanya cardio ato jalan kaki aja 30 menit. Keep clean food juga 80-20 sih. Udh 3 bln aku ngejalanin

Seminggu awal aku coba wo ocd, sebelum tidur tiap hari wo perut sambil rebahan 5×5 (banyak di google/yutub) ini cobra pose harus ada ya, baru 2 hari jalanin cardio 1 jam ikutin yt skwad fitness.
