Okay, first weigh in from the start of the Healthy & Fit 2014 Challenge that I'm doing with my FB friends. This is a 10 week challenge and I'm feeling absolutely wonderful about my progress thus far.
The start of the Challenge I was at---250.2 End of Week 1 weigh in I'm now at-----241.2
I'm also doing 30 minutes on the treadmill each day (it IS getting easier!) and 50 jumping jacks (modified) and 50 windmills (also modified). Yes, they kicked my butt the first couple of days, but I have to say, it's REALLY a great feeling to see the changes, however minimal they might be. And they're getting easier as well. Feelin' great!!!
