Well its Friday...the last day of my 3 day diet and I happened to get on my scale this morning (I was sppse to wait until 1/15...I CHEATED)...and it said 214...is this true!!?? I think i need a new scale that means I lost 6lbs in 3 days..I dont feel like it hmmmmmm makes me wonder but...IM HAPPY!!! I stuck to the diet with no alterations didnt eat after 6pm and water for snacks (awhh it was horrible!!) :) 6lbs and counting (still buying a new scale) :) Enjoy your day!!
