Nice meal and nice story! What kind of integration you follow and on how many carbs are you in in order to correctly trade fat for muscle? I'm on a quite low body fat% now with an half carnitine sustain regime but I'm a little bit confused on how I should go on in order to bulk properly.

My advice for your bulk would be : calculate your macro on different website so you can get an approximate number on how much you should eat. (IIFYM & Gravitus are great free calculator)
You can never trade fat for muscle. You lose fat, you build muscle 😊.
