Yesterday, IF, 101 protein, 111 fat, 42 carbs, leg workout, low carb tortilla quesadilla, sour cream, peppers with spinach dip, muscle milk, folio wrap, olives, butter, nuts before bed, a few mini pretzels
71.5 kg Lost so far: 13.6 kg.    Still to go: 3.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 6.4 kg a Week
