Akhirnya turun lagi, kemarin sempet naik 1 kilo dan susah banget turunnya, padahal udah defkal + exercise. Lucunya kemarin sore abis makan nasi goreng, paginya malah BB turun. Bisa jadi karena faktor lagi mens? atau karena aku mulai rutin jalan pagi lagi? 🤔🤔🤔
