Hello Everyone. I am having a bit of a problem writing in my journal and my tracker. I am feeling sorry for myself because my weight has gone up. But then again I had toe nail surgery on the 6th of January. And have not been able to move around really until this week. Even now I can not put shoes on. I guess I have been using food as an excuse. Bored and well feeling bad. But there are days in between were I am good but I do not track.

I just have to get back into it. I just have to. The wedding dress will not get bigger and it I keep getting bigger I am not fitting in it in 199 days! But who is counting! hahaha

We all have the those days and even weeks where they are not so great. The key is not give up and to focus on the positive things about your weight loss so far. The fact that you know what went wrong this week, allow yourself that mess up. And start over. Today is a new day, and you can not change the pass. So focus on what you can do different today. I am soooo impressed with how much weight you lost since you began! You should be constantly proud of yourself! A little burp here and there -- you'll get back to it! Just keep on going! You can do it. I hope your toe feels better soon!

Hey, until the feet are better, maybe you could do some arm work with hand weights? At least you would be building up some muscle! I'm sure you'll be back on track soon.
