Awwwhhhh I cant wait to reach my goal[/b]...Its only my second day. :) Im still in the process of training my brain to not think about food and keeping schedule for set times to eat...from previous dieting I learned if you train your brain to eat at certain times you wont feel like you have to eat a snack in between...(we shall see how this goes) Im really determined though, I have really bad asthma which prevents me from exercising on a regular basis or anything extereme and because I take a lot of steroids that just ADDS to my weight. So, this fight will be a hard one for me as I need to lose the weight to control my asthma and LIVE!! I will keep at it as I need a change asap. Ive started the 3 day diet and after start 2 day for a jump start throw in a little excerise and weigh myself on Wednesday 1/15. Im hoping for results... result... RESULTS!!! kEEP YOU POSTED ;)
