I am resolved to do this correctly and 100%. No cheating! Cleaning house and keeping busy. Allow myself 15 min break every 2 hours. No emotional eating so far. Scott, Sarah, Andrew, and Mom all dieting as well-good support. Ready for down mood and frustration. Will just keep busy-going to start back up on kids' quilts.

Good for you! Don't forget the basics of Induction is to get 12-15g's of your carbs/per day from Veggies/Salad. And also, don't forget your water. If you feel yucky...drink chicken broth...it will pass in a day or two. (perfectly normal in the beginning - for some.) Glad you have some good support around! Go Lynda!
