Well, it's been a week. I worked out 6 out of 7 days. My workouts have been a combination of Treadmill & Stationery Bike. They are not brutal, but I am getting a sweat. I even had a cold & still managed to do well on that. I haven't had any alcohol since last Sunday(8 days). As for following Atkins in the induction stage, I did OK. I probably went over 20 carbs per day a few days.(Especially yesterday where I had a Starbucks Venti Cafe Latte in the morning-430 calories-54 carbs) Anyway, I congratulate myself for a good(not great)1st week!

Ask for a latte made w/ half & half and you'll cut a lot of carbs. Keep it to a 12 oz, though because it is pretty filling. Great job, though. :)

Good Job!! You don't have to kill yourself in exercise anyhow.. I read somewhere that getting up and moving in the least will pay off.. meaning you don't have to run, even a nice walk will help!! =)
