There! I did it! I entered the weight that my new scales shows. There's a 7.5lb difference between my ancient scales and the new ones. So this weight recording is going to look REALLY bad. Also, I don't know why it says that I weighed in two days ago, when it's been a week since I weighed in. Oh well, the truth is revealed. "Slow and steady wins the race." I know it's time to get serious about the way that I eat, and how much I exercise.
