Started my new eating habits yesterday. Need to grocery shop to make my HFLC challenge easier! I am also in a FB group called the 90 Day Low Carb Challenge. The members are so supportive!
73.0 kg Lost so far: 1.1 kg.    Still to go: 9.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
