跟我昨天中午一樣,也是超愛薯條,激勵的一餐,吃完就會有動力減肥了。 像我減肥就是為了過年會回復好幾公斤,所以現在先限縮身材,過年才能放心喝酒放心吃。

偶爾一餐不會怎樣,但就怕常常這樣吃🤣 過年我反而不會吃很多,比較喜歡速食而非家常菜或年菜😅
