ak mkn kisaran rata2 perminggu itu 1300an, olahraga, sm tdr ak banyakin. tp ko susah banget turunnya ya? berusaha ngurangin sodium sm gula jg, tp kek ttp aja gk turun2, pdhl msh mau 4-5kg lgi yg mau ak turunin... apa hrs mkn serba clean food??

Coba di surplusin di 2000kalori ka atau pas di tdee kk. Selama 1-4 hari. Nnti mau turun kok bb nya. Tapi tetep aktif ya ka ttp wo juga lbh bagus🤗

aida ha : pengen si mkn clean food, tp keluarga ak yg tipe jarang masak, jd paling klo masak ya seadanya gitu:(
