Fasting a.m. blood sugar 140; weight 168.6
Plan: IF/keto/exercise
Breakfast: scrambled egg, bacon, mini hemp hearts muffins. I feel less hungry if I eat some type of seed bread for breakfast, even if its only a two bite size mini muffin. Went for our final covid test today -- hope it is negative; we have Thanksgiving plans. Lunch was eaten on the run: Buddig turkey, cheese stick, Iconic cafe latte protein drink. Glucose before supper 73. Supper: two egg omelet with cheese and salsa, low carb coleslaw
Rode exercise bike 35 minutes, arm exercises 20 minutes
